I am Ayse.

 

It’s pronounced ‘Aiysha’.  

 

(I could sense you were wondering)! :)

Having been in fitness for almost 10 years I helped hundreds of people achieving their physical goals.

 

I believe training should be fun, but purposeful that gives result. Anytime you want to achieve your fitness goal there are few things to consider, begin with the end goal in your mind, visualise it, be patient, be consistent work hard.

 

I'll be with you every step of the way!
